Nice hotel very handy being next to train station the room was nice the bathroom abit outdated but clean .I'd stay here again if I came back to inverness.

We only stayed one night, and it was more than enough, it's a very old hotel and not properly kept, at least the rooms were clean, breakfast was ok

Very old hotel which needs refurbished. Shower was very good but the shower cubicle is tiny, one can hardly turn the body in the cubicle. As I booked through Expedia I was given the Attic style room with tiny shower cubicle. Very close to Train station and shops. Breakfast was continental but plenty to choose from . Hot food at a supplemental price. Value for money at this time of the year.

Nice central location but our room was very dated and tired. Breakfast was poor and nobody explained the set up!

Most staff were pleasant and helpful, room was large and clean with plenty storage space, bathroom and shower worked well if rather dated. Only downside was the surly young man who met us at reception. Almost seemed to resent us being there. Can only imagine he must be the owner's son or some such, as he seemed singularly unsuited to the role. However rest of the reception staff were lovely
