I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. 「What we didn’t like about the property: we came on New Year’s Eve. They shut down the bar at 9 PM without even stating last call, their cook didn’t show up so you couldn’t order anything from the restaurant and the kids were playing football in the atrium and blowing noise makers starting at 8 PM and the staff did nothing to stop it. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious, but we won’t be returning. 」
