「自助早餐👍👍 房間都夠大👍 我哋三個人入住，只提供兩隻杯及兩份茶包！ 廁所用品方面，牙刷等用品只提供一份，完全冇顧及房間係三人共用！ 當時我一個人因為要推四件行李上樓，請職員幫手，嗰個西裝職員叫我自己用個trolley推上樓!」

「I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was very clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. However, my window faced the main road, so it was quite noisy at night and a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent.」

「Nice price. Everything is great. Recommend for 4 people or 5 people to share this hotle. 4 person for 1 night cost cheap price (I can't say how much on comment) 1 double bed 2 single bed 1 sofa bed We have our own shower room and include cute tiny breakfast box. But the check-in time limited is 10pm not 11pm, is different than web side show, beside of this everything is excellent with this great price!」

「The accommodation was clean and well maintained, though the carpet was a bit old. Overall, we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay for two nights.」

「In general the accommodation is more or less good in terms of location, room space and cleanliness. However I did have a not so nice experience during checkin. I have got an email from the hotel offering me an upgrade to level 5 or 6 before my stay, which I have confirmed the acceptance via email. But when checked in the hotel on 27-09-2025, I was told by the reception that the offer and confirmation did not appear in their system and the upgrade was not validated. This has caused some chaos...

「山型城市、酒店在較高位置，只宜自駕遊入住。食肆較遠，不方便。門鎖殘舊，房內亦無任何防盗設施，5人的家庭房空間細，行李箱也沒位置打開。第4及5位家庭成員已沒有熱水沖涼，接待處8時已沒有職員幫忙。等待了兩個小時也沒有熱水，這次體驗太可怕。」

「No elevator…. Need to drag two big luggages up to the third floor… The room reminded me of the college dorm… definitely won’t visit again. 」

「The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return.」
