「Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. Overall a beautiful hotel, all the amenities a guest could want and situated as a perfect base to explore Wien」

It was a little confusing at first because we did not receive a confirmation number from hotels.com to start the Urban Jungle (UJ) check in process. However, once we received our UJ confirmation code, we were able to fill out the check in forms, get an access code, and it was straightforward to enter the building.
