Good location and comfortable. Breakfast had a little to be desired but acceptable and showers were extremely small. We also were unable to get small washcloths and had to use larger towels in this place

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Was slightly inconvenient having the bathroom along the corridor but it didn't cause any issues and we enjoyed the stay. Well located place with nice vibe, nice cat, decent breakfast, tourist information etc It would've been nice to check in with an actual human rather than via a touchscreen in the street - felt slightly lacking the personal touch

This hotel is located on the very quiet street, but at the same time in the short walking distance from restaurants, shopping and attractions. 10 min away from Interlaken West station. Only one mile of very pleasant walking to a larger station Interlaken OST. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice garden with picnic area.

The staff were amazing. They helped us check in after hours when our plans were changed because of a late flight. The hotel was in a great location and very walkable to everything in Interlaken. We would definitely stay there again.

A very nice hotel near Interlaken West train station. There are several restaurants nearby with excellent food. The staffs are kind and provided very useful information for our travel. Breakfast was very good. It is in a very quiet area and the room is pretty big. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

The rooms here are small but have everything you need. Great views and close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and laundry. The air conditioning units work well but are very noisey, when turned on. The location to the Jungfrau region, and lake Breinz/Thun were great! Lots of outdoor things to do around here!
