"We specifically booked this property because, according to their website, there was a 24 hour shuttle. that transportation was necessary for us to catch our very early morning flight. When we checked in, we discovered that they no longer did that, but their website had not been updated.. leaving us scrambling to find another form of transportation. The desk staff was less than helpful and we had to dig for every piece of information that we would have expected to receive ship from a desk clerk upon checking in. The room and the bed were both very nice. The property was clean. However, the clerks made our stay less than enjoyable and cost us a lot of stress."

"We were so upset when we checked in. I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. We got there and were told that it was closed. There was no mention of the pool being closed throughout the booking process. Additionally, the breakfast was just ok. The food was cold and there were not a lot of options. I expected a little bit more for the price we had to pay for it. The room was nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"Breakfast was meh, eggs were good, the sausage and potato's were terrible. the rest was good. Beds need updated, was closer to sleeping on a 3 inch pad on the floor. Room's were meh. The "suite" i had wasn't worth it. Lots of good food around though. Staff was friendly."
