It was clean, cozy, and stocked with all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. The area felt very safe and was conveniently close to everything. We were also grateful to be accommodated with an early check in, and the response time was incredibly quick. Overall, a wonderful experience, we would definitely stay here again!」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...
