「The stay was very nice, but my problem was getting a receipt. Hotels.com said if I paid at the hotel, they could not generate a receipt, but the hotel could not generate a receipt because I used Hotels.com to book the room (even paying at the hotel).」
"I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance and attention to such basic amenities.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities to provide a better experience for future guests."
