"Another great stay at the Crown & Garter. Friendly helpful check in & room was very comfortable & spotless as usual.
Had a meal with family in the evening & can definitely recomnend eating here - food is excellent, using local ingredients.
Had bacon rolls to takeaway on checkout, which was a nice surprise.
Looking forward to our next stay - we wouldn't go anywhere else when visiting the area."

"The shepherds hut I stayed in for one night was so warm and cosy, it was like staying in a giant wendy house. I would have liked face to face contact with the host, but I guess thats a "sign of the times" Beautiful view of the countryside. "
