"The location can't be beat. You'll find yourself right in the center of everything, yet it's quiet and safe. The staff is courteous and helpful. The in-room dining menu is competitively priced. But the room itself, though clean and comfortable, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom door slammed shut behind me. One of the sliding closet doors was stuck, leaving half the closet unusable. The ice bucket didn't work. Considering how much the room cost, I expected better. Still, I'd stay here again. The location and staff are that good."

"Room was clean apart from some hairs in the bathroom from previous guest. Linen and towels were clean and fresh. Staff were helpful when we asked to see the rooms prior to checking in (due to a recent poor review) they allowed us to check the rooms out first. Basic but acceptable."
