"Front desk is great, shuttle driver was excellent helping with the luggages and information, however the cafe closed way early than advertised 2pm even though I beg for a cup of coffee around 11:45am, they said a staff didn’t show up so they have to close, disappointed with that! "Great place to stay for concerts at Long Beach Amphitheater. Parking is a mess in Long Beach so we stayed here in order to simply walk over to the venue which is literally a few hundred yards from our room. The view was amazing and the rooms were nice enough."
