「It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...

「It’s a super quaint, gated, beautiful little cottage next to a very nice private pool area. Cozy courtyard for outside hangs. Very convenient to Rodeo Dr, Century City, Farmers Market, etc. Owners are very friendly in emails etc but we never saw them. Comfy bed. Big shower. Just the perfect place to relax but also be near a ton of restaurants and activities. 」

「This property is a scam. The full details of what to expect upon arrival and check in are not listed. The room that we selected was dirty. The prior guest left most of their belongings. Very loud, and annoying. Atmosphere very creepy. We did not stay it was to much going on. almost like a rooming house.」
