「The staff was especially courteous when they learned I had visited the property before. They delivered a welcome fruit basket and handwritten note to my door, which was a very nice and personal touch. I also have to mention the complimentary breakfast on the day I checked out. There was a misunderstanding on the time breakfast ended, but when I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, not just to serve me a full breakfast, but also to serve the items I requested. 「Property is in very poor conditions. Untidy wash room. It is advertised as 24 hour reception and tv. There is no reception service and tv doesn’t work. I will state them as 1 star restaurant. If you are travelling with family I do not recommend. You could feel shock through hot water. The door lock is in very poor condition and unsafe. There is no restaurant for the stay. Information mentioned in add is very misleading.」
