「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay! The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish and made everything very easy. The location was perfect—very convenient to the Expo Center, where our event was located - and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We did run into one minor issue during our stay, but the host responded immediately and resolved it right away. That level of responsiveness was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely...

「The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

「Good location」

「Is as advertised. A good and convenient spot to escape to. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were nice. Beats a regular hotel any day of the week. Good neighborhood. Somewhat noisy at night and early morning. It’s surrounded on all sides by the city life and businesses next to you are opening up while you’re sleeping at 7am. So don’t count on sleeping in if city life noise is an issue. This is smack in the middle of Covington by the way. And if you’ve never been here that’s worth noting....

「Overall great experience, will book again」

「It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...

「The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our...

「Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again」
