The hotel was under construction and redecorating. It smelled of adhesive. Not pleasant. Walking through the facility was like a maze. This should have been indicated before booking!

Property was under construction. No amenities available and both weekend mornings construction noise began at 8 am. I understand that upgrades need to be done but I was not notified upon booking and didnt receive any discounted rate.

Run of the mill property that is under renovation and, as a result dusty and dirty. Bed is comfortable but bathroom needs work.

The hotel is under construction which is fine but they put us directly under the room being renovated. They worked on it all weekend. It was loud. We called ahead and asked about the pool and hot tub. We were assured it worked. It didn’t. The hot tub only had cold water. We attempted two times. It had lukewarm at best. If you turned on the jets, it poured out cold water. We gave up. A postive note- The staff were friendly.

Room smelled a little mildewed. However, the hotel is remodeling floor by floor. I would definitely stay there again.

Elevator is down. The sink in room is clogged. Also the breakfast is not included with the price I paid making no sense.

Hello. Thank you for staying with us for your recent trip to Indianapolis. I apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay. I will have the sink addressed right now. Regarding the elevator and breakfast. We are currently renovating our rooms and therefore one elevator is currently being utilized by the renovation team to move supplies. Hilton Garden Inns as a brand offer a hot made to order breakfast. While the cost is not included in standard rates, you will notice breakfast package rates available as well. Thank you. The pool area had chipping paint, like an insane asylum. The handicap shower and bathroom was old and nasty. The handicap shower sprayer was broken and there was no soap in the sink area just lotion.

Absolutely fantastic stayed in a few hotels recently last few months have to say very clean a little noisy but overall very very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

No bang for the buck!
During check in I asked for a top floor end room farthest away from elevator / vending. I was told the hotel was about at capacity, nothing open on top floor. I accepted a fourth floor room only to find it had a room connecting door, and I could already hear noise from the next room. I went back down to front desk and asked if I could have the original room offered, (room 227). The room was stuffy, the wall thermostat was inoperable, no lights. The unit control worked. Later, when taking a shower, I noted the inside shower door handle was missing, just the end pieces remained.

Good location for business. For the rate, I expected it to be nicer. Rooms are very outdated & furniture / electronics in need of updating & repair. Tiny bathroom vanity and bad odor through the whole building,

Average At Best
Kind of expensive for just average service and amenities. Hot tub was out of order, they charge for parking and they had plenty of parking, charge for breakfast and not a lot of food options or other things that might interest a traveler nearby.

Fire alarm
No one was at the check in desk for over 10 mins when we first got there. Once she showed up she was super sweet tho. The 2 biggest disappointments that made the stay not so good was the fire alarm went off 3 different times betweem 8:30am and 9am. And the restaurant stops serving breakfast at 9am.

The room itself was clean. The water pressure in the shower was below average. Stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a "bad smell" which I believe came from wet carpet. The front desk associates were friendly. The white gentleman (I didn't get his name) who works with the "complementary breakfast" was rude. He made me and girlfriend feel very unwelcome, did not bring my OJ or bacon, and the eggs were terrible. We travel quite a bit and the service at breakfast was definitely the worst experience Ive had.

Filthy place
The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel however was in terrible shape for a newer hotel. The carpets were absolutely filthy and stretched to the point of causing a tripping hazard.

The room overall was great; the bathroom situation was abhorrent. The shower pressure was awful. The faucets in our room and a friends room leaked and the water was either boiling hot or cold.

Not worth the money.
To be honest the people weren’t very welcoming and kind of seemed like they didn’t want to be there. There was no information about little things like paying $20 for security deposit that they said you get back when check out. Haven’t seen that returned but also had to pay for parking. This hotel isn’t that special or nice to have to pay for a ran down parking area. I would not recommend ever staying there.

Lobby carpet is old and dirty. Needs updating. Room seems a little dingy but it was clean. Really would suggest a deep cleaning and updating a few things. Staff was great and very accommodating.

Disappointed that the hot tub has been down since June and no solution yet? Pool was open but not the most inviting. The doorways and anything metal was rusted. Facilities should sand and paint. The main bathrooms in the lobby did not have any hand dryers or towel dispensers? Also the wallpaper has a huge split and has come away from the wall. We were on the second floor and the ice Machine is out of order. Overall my room was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and it met our needs. I heard the property is due for renovations maybe Hilton should consider moving this property up on their list. It’s a shame as it’s in a great area and convenient. When in the area I will most likely look elsewhere

Nice hotel in a quiet safe area. Great rooms and nice lobby. Only negative I can give is the pool wasn't the cleanest area. Could definitely do with some work. But rest of the hotel was great definitely recommend if not looking to swim
