The staff was nice and responded quietly to arrange pick-up from the airport in the evening, and the manager dropped us off at the train station when we left the hotel in the morning.

The House Manager gave me a ride to Incheon International Airport —above and beyond. She also let me keep my bags in the secure foyer area after checkout so I could have lunch before heading to the airport. Very nice place to stay a night or two around the airport!

Mr Kims Near Incheon airport

Easy to find and close to a metro station. Check in was simple, quick and efficient. The room was small but ideal with a nice shower. There was plenty a available for breakfast should you wish. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well.

Mr. Kim's Guesthouse is genuinely a good deal for those who seek a clean, safe and quiet accommodation for a fair price. A private room with a private bathroom, along with a simple yet bountiful supply of toast, jam, butter, coffee and cereal for breakfast is certainly value for the price. Also, there are staff members on site just in case you need something or have questions (unlike a couple other properties in the area).

The property itself is no frills, it is about an hour away from Seoul by car. The area around the property is super chill and very good for people who like to walk and think and ponder. Clean and tidy and chill.

For the price, Mr. Kim's Guesthouse is hard to beat. A pleasant, quite stay was what I was looking for and that is what I received. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and common areas were warm and welcoming, with a simple accompanying breakfast of toast and cereal, along with coffee. Mr. Kim was gracious enough to allow me to drop off my luggage until it was time to check-in, which I appreciated very much. The location is is great as well: many food options and plenty of public transportation choices. If I came back to the area, I will surely book again, if there is a room available.

Upon check in, we litterally had to stand in the rain waiting for someone to open the door. The door had a code but we weren't given one prior to check in and nobody answered the phone. AC did not cool the room very well. It was 89 degrees with 90 humidity so it felt like it was over 100 deg F. We were sweating in our sleep. The beds were very comfortable though. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and train station. Breakfast was included but only bread and cereal.
