「We were the only guests there in this boutique hotel. Amina (the manager) was wonderful and she was the only person working there. It was being a guest in someone’s home, literally Beautiful rooms and property with everything you could want and all the luxuries you would hope for Not a great location as the closest beach is at least 10+ minutes」

「The worst trip ever. The staff was rude and tried to stuff us in a different room than what I prepaid for. I paid for ocean front with a 26 foot pool, they tried to stick us with a garden view. Only after asking for the GM did they switch us to an ocean front room. The service was terrible. They never came to pick up our bags after 2 phone calls, I dragged them to the lobby myself. Don't waste your money on this place. Not even close to worth it.」

「Sugarbay Barbados was an excellent all inclusive resort. As someone who travels frequently and has been to multiple all inclusive resorts, this one stands out. The service was excellent, the rooms were exceptional and the food was phenomenal. Most all inclusive resorts don’t have the best food, this resort blew us away with the food. The location was great, close to all the main attractions. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to recommend this resort and location to our friends and family.」
