「櫃台小姐的英文非常好，有問必答，熱情又友善。第二天由於我們很早要離開，吃不到早餐，工作人員幫我們把早餐裝袋備好，還睡在大廳等我們，實在太令人感動了!行李可以寄放到從馬丘比丘下來，是非常貼心的服務。唯一的缺點大概是浴室熱水供應不太穩定。」
