「Clean room」

「Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Hotel has started a virtual check-in program which is a little strange (there was still someone at the front desk and then she used the kiosk where Someone is on video to check people in). It slowed the check-in process down a bit, and if the front desk person hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have known hours for breakfast nor the best way to get to my room. 」

「Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities Stayed at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, IL and was very impressed. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything looked recently updated.The hot breakfast in the morning was a great touch — fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the hotel is right off the highway, which made it convenient for my road trip.」
