「Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Es hat eine Pizzaria im Erdgeschoss mit Terasse. Das Personal der Pizzaria (die den Hotelservice mitmacht) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut! Etwas schade ist der längere Weg um eine geeignete Badestelle am See zu finden.」

「Amazing quadruple room in the attic (may be a problem if you are very tall), clean, spacious, quiet, free parking, not accessible and no elevator. Check in, we needed to call a phone number displayed at the entrance to get the code for the key box (heartfelt thank you to the guest that helped us with the process)」

「Wir waren an einem Sonntag da, an dem in St Gallen leider alles geschlossen hatte, auch Restaurants, die Stadt wirkte wie ausgestorben. Das Hotel war aber super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach St Gallen würden wir nicht noch einmal reisen, aber das liegt nicht an dem Hotel. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Fabrikstil und der Wellnessbereich, alles sehr sauber und modern.」

「Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more...

「我6pm到達check in, 被告之上一個客人不願離開，而他們已經fully booked, 只剩下一間6張床的房間，而裡面裝修殘舊，並且入到去好陰好暗很不舒服，所以我們一家都拒絕入住。之後他們安排了我們在市中心的一間apartment, 一進入大廈的正門，更比之前那間陰森恐怖。總使入到Apartment, 裡面的裝修都很新，可是卻非常陰暗。最奇怪是有一張BB食飯枱在房間對著睡覺的床，弄得整晚都睡得非常不好，第二朝只能早些起床岀發行程。幸好只是住一晚，不然必會立即換酒店。我不會再來住宿，也不會推薦給其他人。」
