This hotel is not what it used to be. Sheets and towels were see-through and even tattered. Bathroom was stained (even blood stain on shower curtain). HVAC and outlets were from at least 30 years ago. Hallways and main floor reeked of cigarette smoke.

The room was spotless, very spacious. The room could use a table and chair. The staff throughout was very courteous and helpful. Very friendly from the time I arrived until leaving. My only concern is the booking process. Need to have travel agencies in agreement with Westgate policy to assure no misunderstandings.
