The lady on the reception who seam to be from management team was on phone talking load on phone by the reception about person issues whitch l fpund not profissional as that could be discussed in private room "

"What a beautiful property and the spa circuit is wonderful from the steam room, cold plunge bucket, dry sauna to the indoor heated pool & Turkish bath. The rooms are lovely and the staff are so attentive. Breakfast was wonderful as well including omelettes made on request. Great location. The morning fog/mist rose up above the monastery, lovely. They have a conference room that can seat 100 people and I would definitely consider hosting an event there. 10/10 highly recommend. "

"Achei muito aconchegante, a casa de banho estava com um odor ruim apesar de limpa, indico colocar um ambientador . O hotel disponibiliza piscina e jacuzzi, mas tem que pagar uma taxa de da touca de banho que não está inclusa na reserva. Senti falta de mais tomadas no quarto, pois para fazer uso só havia uma . A recepcionista é uma grande simpática, o hotel fica localizado num lugar bem calmo, que por sinal adorei . "
