A DIRTY CUBICLE (ROOM 110)

THEY HAVE SOME DECENT ROOMS HOWEVER THE ROOM I WAS ASSIGNED WAS THE VERY WORST OF ITS KIND, AND I WAS TOLD THIS BY THE RECEPTIONIST, WHO WAS KIND BUT UNHELPFUL (SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT WITHOUT THE MANAGER, WHO WAS NOT PRESENT). I HAD A DIRTY CUBICLE - ROOM 110 RIGHT BY THE ELEVATOR, THAT'S NOT EVEN WORTH 25 EUROS. I PAID 50 FOR A DIRTY CUBICLE. THE BED WAS EVEN SMALLER THAN THE STANDARD SINGLE BED SIZE. THE DOOR HAS NO SOUND PROOFING SO YOU ARE WOKEN UP IN THE MORNING BY PEOPLE GATHERING AROUND THE ELEVATOR AREA. THE FRIDGE WAS DIRTY. IT ADVERTISED A SAFE BUT MY DIRTY CUBICLE HAD NO SAFE. THERE IS NO SPACE FOR A SAFE. THIS WAS THEIR LITTLE EMERGENCY ROOM THEY GIVE TO LAST MINUTE HOTELS.COM BOOKERS. BE VERY AWARE AND DO DEMAND A FULL REFUND IF YOU STAY IN THIS HORRIBLE ROOM. THERE ARE OTHER HOTELS IN POMBAL. THE LOCATION IS GREAT FOR THE STATION BUT NO THE BEST FOR SUPERMARKETS OR RESTAURANTS.
a very tiny space with a very tiny bed. Terrible mattress. I could not even turn without having my legs hang out of the bed. ALSO VERY NOISY DUE TO ITS LOCATION, RIGHT BY THE ELEVATOR.

Très pratique car accessible à pied quand on arrive en train à Pombal. Joli hôtel avec une belle vue sur le parc et l’église. Personnel très sympathique et qui se plie en 4 pour répondre à vos attentes… encore un grand merci à Patricia, Bruna et Fatima !

Problème avec ebookers qui note des chambres avec lit double alors que ce n est pas actualisé avec l hôtel qui n était pas responsable de l erreur. Personnel très gentil qui nous à changé de chambre dès que possible.

O hotel fica bem localizado, no centro junto à estação de comboio. Infelizmente num dos dias não havia água quente o que é o mínimo que se pode esperar num hotel!

Próximo à estação, mas não se ouve nenhum barulho dos comboios. Fica no centro de Pombal, próximo de tudo. Pequeno almoço conta com uma boa variedade de bolos.

Ideal pour courts séjours

HÔTEL propre et agréable, bien situé à côté de la gare mais pas de bruit de train. Personnel efficace et disponible. Restauration à quelques metres et centre ville à 3 minutes à pied. Petit déjeuner en buffet suffisant et bonne qualité de produits. Parking sous-sol sur demande très pratique,places gare souvent prises. Ideal pour petits séjours. Seul hic, le pommeau douche pas compatible avec support, ce qui fait qu il se balade, rien de grave mais un petit effort de la direction afin de améliorer là prestation.

Bon Hotel

Sommes restés 3 jours et des le 2 éme jour les accessoires de salle de bain n'ont pas été renouvelé. (Savon pour les mains et produit douche) Nous avons demandé le 3eme jour du savon pour se laver les mains. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner assez complet varie seul B mol l.eau chaude en Thermos refroidi. Pour l'accès garage il faut se rendre à la réception pour l'ouverture, pas évident.
