「Nice but I wouldn’t call it a three star hotel. Not very hot water in the showers and you have to request hangers and iron for clothes. Breakfast is good. The restaurant basically only features local cuisine for lunch and dinner and not many other options in the neighborhood. Being next to Mangal is a plus, but not the sort of neighborhood you would walk around after dark. They did have a security guy at the door which was reassuring.」

「Sinceramente, creo que deberían mejorar urgentemente el servicio de limpieza. El primer día la señora ni siquiera limpió la habitación, a pesar de que lo solicité dos veces: una vez en recepción y otra directamente a ella. El segundo día la limpieza fue razonablemente buena, pero el tercer día volvió la misma señora del primer día y apenas hizo la cama. Incluso dejó una toalla tirada en el suelo. Considero que el servicio de limpieza es muy deficiente. Por lo demás, el hotel está bien.」
