Staff was very nice and polite, no exception. The location is very handy if you want to be from walking distance to the famous Ver-O-Peso and Ver-O-Rio areas. The breakfast was very good, a decent selection of food, that will set you up for the day ahead.

A equipe que sempre deixou tudo arrumadinho ,trocando toalhas sempre que pediamos,elas estão de parabéns. O quarto e muito bom, tanho exelente ,so achei um pouco abafado o corredor antes de entrar para o quarto, no mais tudo ok

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã maravilhoso, perto da orla. Porém como fica no centro, de noite tivemos dificuldade em encontrar comida aos arredores do hotel.

O hotel é limpo e a equipe é gentil, mas há um total descaso com a manutenção do sistema de portas e fechaduras. Por duas que saí do quarto para buscar refeições as portas travaram e foi preciso chamar a manutenção. Da primeira vez foram mais de 10 minutos em pé no corredor com a refeição na mão, até que a camareira me alocou em outro quarto. Já da segunda vez foram mais de 15 minutos, novamente no corredor com a refeição na mão. Os funcionários já sabem que isso acontece, ou seja, não foi uma exceção. É comum ocorrer isso. Um total desrespeito com os hóspedes.
