「Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Broken AC, cold pools, weird sewer smell. Not sure how this is considered a 4 star. With some time and effort spent into upgrading , could be lovely! Food is also really bad :( Won’t be back to stay here!」

「The property is really big, we drove there with a rented car from Lisbon. When you first get in, it feels intimidating, but once you find the main check-in counter, it is smooth sailing from there. 「For a 4 star hotel it’s quite run down and old. We stayed 3 days. The amenities are nice. We had an ant problem in our room which was gross, they came and cleaned it up and sprayed a bunch of chemicals. Wouldn’t stay here again!」
