I didn’t give 5 stars for amenities because I did not have time to utilize it on this trip. But overall the location was great. I felt more of a local vibes than a touristy place which I liked.

The place was nice but lacked amenities. It didn’t have enough hangers, bath towels and iron/board. The shower doesn’t have a shelf for the shampoo/conditioner/body soap.

Extremely spacious unit (over 2700 sq ft). Clean room with a very nice beach view. Right in front is Haeundar beach with a lot of restaurants in the same building and nearby. easy parking.
The communication for guests from the overseas (who do not have a Korean cell phone number) is tricky. They should communicate via an email instead of exclusively relying on kakao talk.

For the price you pay it’s certainly not a bad hotel. The rooms are large and amenities are great with friendly staff. However, the cleanliness is questionable as a lot of stains on walls, floors, windows and partitions. Better cleaners should be utilised to ensure cleanliness of rooms
