「Great price-value ratio」

「The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement.」

「Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!」

「Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. 「This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. But none of this compares to the standard of every single staff member we met. Everybody was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Exceptional service.」

「It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!」

「Great place almost completely renovated. It’s gonna be even nicer when it’s done. Good location and nice staff. Thank you!」

「窗外风景十分美麗, 早飯很丰盛... 與購物中心連一起, 房間可以自行煮飯」

「The bed design is bad. You can easily get injured. Other things are excellent.」

「十分方便而體貼的動線設計，汽車進出或旅館裡的移動，都十分方便。地點很好，對面就有兩家超市。」

「超喜歡❤️」

「Really nice place . you should visit and enjoy it. I will come back again! 」

「酒店近火車站同舊城區，沒有冷氣，但有提供風扇，早餐超豐富，牛角包超好味！」

「Amazing location, service and stay! They even helped accommodate an upgrade room because we had to cut our regular room nights short by 1 night!」
