「Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. 「The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. 「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April.
