"This hotel is outstanding. Very reasonably priced for such a five-star experience. The staff were professional and friendly. The facilities were top-notch. It has a really luxurious feel, and is only minutes from the airport and the National Park. It is also a five-minute walk to the outstanding bird park and the new aquarium. The grounds and the pool area are so beautiful and well-maintained. Obrigado to everyone at Sanma Hotel. This was an excellent place to stay. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I could easily stay a week at this remarkable hotel. Can’t wait to return. 10++++/10."

"Maybe it was just bad luck. Even though the hotel wasn't full at all - maybe only a quarter occupied — I was given a terrible room. It was the farthest from the restaurant (where the WiFi router is), so the connection kept cutting in and out. I couldn't even finish a message before the WiFi dropped. The room didn't have a bedside lamp, so once the main light was off, I was left in complete darkness — even getting to the bathroom was difficult. Everything felt quite primitive, and I was bitten by mosquitoes. When I asked the front desk, the staff gave me mosquito repellent (thanks for the help) - but it was literally the last few drops in the bottle. The road in the area is still under construction, so even though the falls are only a 12-minute walk away, it's not easy to get there. You have to walk along the main road, almost like walking on a highway. So better use Uber. The AC is can only be set as 23 degrees Celsius. Can’t turn the temperature up and down from the remote. So you maybe too cold in the middle of the night or wake up form hot and humid. Next time I’d try another hotel instead. "

"The hotel is cheap, but very badly located. There is only one restaurant close by. So you need to prepare to use a lot of ubers or taxis. There is a taxi booth just in front of the hotel. So that is quite useful. The hotel won't win any prizes for quality, but it does the job okay enough."

"Terrible dingy and extremely crammed room. There was hardly any space for us to walk around in the room. This is supposedly a comfort room!"

"The entire hotel & view were stunning. Being able to walk to the falls after the park is closed felt like a gift, it was magical to walk up close to the falls with hardly anyone around. The staff were very attentive & everyone was so friendly. The buffets are a must! We loved the variety of food. This is a wonderful property & well worth the extra price to stay here. "
