Really enjoyed the improved pool bar menu this year! This is a great location to see both the Brazil and Argentina parks for the Iguaçu waterfalls. It's also easy to get to from the airport (Uber works well here).

Great place to stay with kids due to the waterpark and other activities. Not walkable to the town, nor to the falls but close. Very close to the bird sanctuary.

Beds are very old, sheets are scratchy the room is fairly clean, The soap seems watered down which is odd. The shower pressure was good and the shower itself was clean enough but will need the tiles to be scrubbed soon. The breakfast was good with a lot of options but most of this property needs some serious attention. I would not stay here again, I would not recommend others stay here until it is fixed up.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful.
The main problems we encountered were a discrepancy at check in regarding the number of occupants. It took a long time to resolve and i still did not feel satisfied with the outcome. Overall, nice staff, good service, comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Great hotel, near to airport, but quiet. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Sometimes the poolside activities got a little too loud, but it didn't last. Good breakfast, nice pool (a little cool), nice grounds. Worth the money. Call local taxis to take you to the waterfalls. Make sure you go to the Argentinian side and spend a long day walking all the trails. But your tickets for the falls online in advance, even on a weekday outside of the main season or you may have to wait a long time. Hotel will keep your luggage and you can swing by to pick it up on the way back to the airport. If you aren't checking luggage, no need to arrive early.

The hotel was just ok. It's great if you are with your family and need a middle of the road hotel. I was highly annoyed by the idea that I had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi. The buffet dinner and breakfast options were good. This hotel is a very economic option. I wish I had researched more before staying at the hotel.

We loved our rooms and the cleanliness of the property. They really thought about some small details to make the guest experience better. the staff were friendly and very responsive. The only comment I have would be the food. It was okay! mostly interesting food for kids but not very high quality which is a common issue at any resort or hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!
