"Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. "The staff was great every one of them. Breakfast was probably the best European style breakfast I ever had, with ala carte choices included. The building is a remodeled manor originally all stone. The new owner and the architects did a wonderful job restoring and modernizing the venue. The pool and spa are was nice as well and unexpected. Again, staff was great."
