"Bad service. We paid through Hotels For breakfast included. When we got there a not very friendly lady at the reception told us they charge extra for breakfast. Even when I showed proof from the Hotels app that we had breakfast included she didn’t care. Not good service and in general she was not very friendly. We will never come back here."
