「The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park.
