The staff was friendly, the shower wouldn’t drain quickly so your ankles would be covered, the toilet would keep draining unless you positioned it right, was relatively clean. Overall a good stay.

Yes it is an older property but well maintained and being upgraded. Parking lot is clean paved with no cracks or potholes. Very comfortable beds to me. (yes that is subjective) Easy to find in town and minuets away from most everything I needed. A/C worked awesome, did not use heat. Good water pressure in shower and clean room. I will stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very enjoyable visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The owners were exceptional—kind, personable, and incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions and activities. Their hospitality created a warm, home-like atmosphere that I truly appreciated. If I'm ever back in Idaho Falls, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

We were just stopping over in Idaho Falls for one night, so this motel was a perfect inexpensive option. Our plans changed and we arrived a day earlier than expected. We appreciated their willingness to change our reservation.

Don't be fooled by the description. This is a quaint motel, run by locals who actually care about their property. The room had fresh paint, remodeled bathroom and a new bed. We know this because we spoke to the owners who were professional and personable. Do not hesitate to stay here.

It doesn't inspire confidence when you first drive up to the property, but given the price point I wasn't expecting a four-star hotel. The things I cared about were a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and good air conditioning since I would be spending a lot of time in the room. All of these things were great, so no complaints from me. If those things are what is important to you, I recommend this place. It is only 3 minutes away from a Walmart and a bunch of places to eat if any of that is important to you as well.

Book this room for the price. It looks unimpressive at first glance. However it was the cleanest most impressive place i have stayed at on my 3 week vacation to montana and idaho. Built in 1958 on the main road at the time, before the interstate. Run by a couple who have been at it for 18 years. I highly recommend this motel. A diamond in the ruff!

This property was more run- down than we expected. We had to get staff help to get the door lock to work. The bathtub would not drain. Coffee choices were limited. There was a sign in the lobby , “ Come on in… my day is ruined anyway”.

The place is very cozy and the staff is friendly, the room is stayed in needs some work however. There was little to no water pressure, so the shower barely worked. The door lock was acting up and took forever just to get into the room.

Do not stay at this hotel it was horrible!!!! The bathroom was not clean, the toilet had hair etc. on it and the toilet seat had blood who knows. The shower was moldy and several towels had stains on them. I ask for an extra pillow and was told that they did not have any extra pillows. I wouldn't have stayed but I didn't want to mess with the hassle of loosing money on the booking and finding something else. However several times that night I regretted my choice!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, very basic but just what we needed for the night. Shower was hot with good pressure. Towels were fluffy and soft. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I had a problem with was the glade fragrance was so overwhelming. The bedding and sheets also smelled like the fragrance. I am very sensitive to fragrance, so I considered sleeping in the car. Had the window and door open for a couple hours before I was able to go inside. I did have to sleep with a face mask.Other than that it was good. If they got rid of the fragrance I would consider staying again. Also it's right next to train tracks, but the train noise didn't bother me so much personally.
