    "The superbly friendly and helpful staff at this hotel is the only saving grace and if it’s a must, its location right next to the airport. Other than these two, find a different hotel. The initial room I was given had a non working AC. (Mind you, the area’s temperature is in the upper 80s (fahrenheit) with an 80+ % humidity. So, it’s hot and you’re sweating!) They offered me their Executive Suite and transferred me there. Superbly generous of them I initially thought until I discovered the AC..."
