This was a great hotel. Very beautiful inside and the room was comfortable, large, and clean. The security guards at the door were always nice and helpful. I didn’t like that the key is what keeps the power on in your room and they don’t give you an extra key. So if you’re traveling with a companion and need to go out while they’re still sleeping, you have to ask the staff to unlock your room for you. But there was rarely any staff at the front desk! It was a little annoying. They should give you at least two keys, especially if one of them is needed to keep the lights on. Also, the restaurant is not operational.

Had an amazing stay in Quest Plus. I would like to commend how their housekeeping team as the room that I stayed in is spotless! I love how the location is close to everything. The staff and crew is very courteous and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to others and looking forward to coming back.

Charming hotel very close to Burnham Park. Delicious breakfast comes free with the room.

Location is great. Staff Are nice. The rooms near the road can be noisy. Rooms we occupied are musty ( even with a dehumidifier in the room). Cockroaches in one room we occupied. Restaurant in the hotel. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, session road and Burnham park.

Clean , staffs were courteous. Had an early flight so we didn’t tried the breakfast
