「Se potessi dare 100+ stelle le darei. L’hotel è molto accogliente e le stanze sono pulite ed ordinate. Tutte le ragazze dello staff sono state sempre molto disponibili e gentilissime, ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a casa! Per me il soggiorno in Sicilia è stato reso stupendo da queste fantastiche persone, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vogliono visitare la Sicilia!」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb.」

「Aus meiner Sicht kein 4 Sterne Hotel Vorweg was gut war: Meerblick, Lage, Parkplätze in der Nähe, Schirm und Liegen im Preis inbegriffen Beim CheckIn drückt der Mitarbeiter Dir den Schlüssel, eine Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage, eine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher, einen kleinen Zettel mit WiFi Passwort und einen weiteren Zettel für Liegen in die Hand. Du darfst dann selbst zu deinem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos eingerichtet. Badezimmer sieht nicht...

「Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Ho trovato il letto un pò scomodo (ma quello è più un mio problema, sono molto esigente sui materassi. Molto pulito, in bagno gli asciugamani profumavano! Un pò bassino il lavandino.. Ma anche lì magari ero io un pò troppo alta. Ha il parcheggio interno, abbiamo fatto un ottima colazione e siamo stati serviti bene con molta gentilezza ed educazione! 」

「Very clean and new room. Easy check in and friendly/responsive staff. Breakfast was nice and actually goes till 10 am so you don’t have to wake up before dawn to get food lol Staff were great. I mixed up my days and thought we had an extra day there and they were very accommodating and friendly about booking us to keep our room an extra night. Really a great stay. We were joking that we wish we could bring the hotel with us to every stop we have in Sicily.」

「« Gardenia Hôtel », belle chambre avec balcon donnant face à la mer avec vue sur la Sicile et le Volcan « Etna ». Hôtel très calme, très confortable. La literie est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bain très bien équipée. La dame de l’accueil (Carmella ?) qui parle le Français, est adorable et très attentionnée ; Merci pour toute sa gentillesse. Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement juste en face de l’hôtel ; Seul problème (qui a déjà été soulevé par d’autres commentaires...
