"The resort was very calm, very friendly staff"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour. Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the hotel was nice and the staff were great. However, the internet was unreliable and the beach mats could use a good clean. Still, it was a relaxing trip and we’d consider coming back."
