"Everything was okay except the long line of the BBQ corner that got me to avoid the best menu I like!! My first visit in March was perfect and I used to get the BBQ daily but this time was not. Rather than that o enjoyed my stay."

"Initially a bumpy start as the previous guests delayed us with checking in. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We could not ask for anything more. The main restaurant buffet had the best food and at the best price. The fresh seafood restaurant is wonderful and the food is excellent to say the least but it's also the most expensive. This is also the most cosy hotel in town. Beautiful scenery, beach and everything else. Most other hotels are basically small versions of Disney land, or comparable to mini cities. The beach is far and kids can easily get lost. If I ever visit Hurghada again, this is where we'll stay."

"The service quality went down a bit since last year. Most staff even at front desk are money hungry now unfortunately. Also since they renovated the resort is bigger and amneties are far, golf carts are available to drive guests but at times we have to wait for them in the blazing sun, and once they arrive theyre full so we walked most of the times. Weve been to the resort last year and staff were much more pleasant- for less $ will try another 5 star resort next time."

"This is our 3rd stay at Aqua Magic, and this time it wasn't as pleasent as it used to be. The cleanliness needs more attention - especially the main restaurant (!!), the very first 2-3 days it was simply unpleasent to have meals there. Then the stuff did a general cleaning with Clorox and desinfectants, we were okay with the smell, bc we finally could enjoy the meals, but this didn't last long. The quality of the meals has dropped too. All in all, I'd recommend the stuff and especially management pays attention to these systemic issues, otherwise our regular guests will be def looking for alternatives in Hurghada."
