Look place was dirty fr the staff at night was really nice and can't help how owners and place is run either. But place is cheap but half stuff didn't work smelled and wasn't very clean. And owners and staff in AM are just a bunch of jeks.

Some of the rooms at this hotel are renovated. Summer or not. I got an older style air conditioner.. this particular room on the ground floor had a smoke smell in the room and on the sheets.

The beds had cigarettes burns on the comforters. The bed lamps did not work. We saw a couple of roaches on the room and in the refrigerator. Housekeeping did not come by to replenish towels and wash cloths nor empty the garbage during our stay of 2 days. Lastly, the air conditioning air was very moist, and it was uncomfortable to sleep in the room. I would not recommend this motel location to anyone. It really needs to improve their services. I pray that this is resolved moving forward. Thank you.

Can't beat the price but I didn't know this was a Motel 6. Great marketing this as something else b/c I wouldn't have booked it otherwise due to previously bad experiences with the parent brand. Floors could use a good mopping but everything else was otherwise in acceptable condition.

Unfortunately, our stay at Studio 6 Extended Stay was disappointing. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room had a strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana as soon as we walked in. The smell lingered throughout our stay and made the room feel less clean and comfortable. The room itself showed signs of wear and tear, including a hole in one of the blankets. The bathroom was also extremely cramped—to the point that it was difficult to close the door while using it because there was so little space. Overall, the condition of the room and the lingering smoke odors did not meet our expectations, especially for a non-smoking accommodation. We hope improvements are made for future guests.

Great front desk experience, the lady who helped me was very nice. But that’s all the positives. The room was absolutely filthy. You might think “yeah it’s a Motel 6” but for having a rating of 8.0 on Expedia, I expected something better if other people liked it. I’m not picky about where I stay and I don’t need frills, but reviews don’t usually lie. The vinyl floors were pure filth, the kind of long-unmopped floor that your socks stick to, the kind that you dare not touch with bare feet. The handle of the fridge felt sticky. The sinks had crud in them. The shower curtain and grout/corners had pink mold. The pillowcase had two weird stain spots that looked like dried blood. I didn’t want to use the bathroom overnight because I didn’t want the ick inside my sheets. I felt dirty and unwashed when I checked out this morning. I’m on my flight home now and still just feel icky. I had leftovers that I didn’t even want to touch this morning because it would mean touching that disgusting fridge handle again. Again, this is coming from someone who isn’t a clean freak or a germophobe. Management, please spare a rag and some cleaner for this poor room, my god.
