When checking out there was no coffee. The lady at the front desk had no interest in making more. Said she may get around to it in 10 minutes. It was more important to check people out. RUDE! Needs an attitude adjustment or new job that doesn't involve working with humans

my flight got delayed and i reached in midnight, the front desk staff was new and showed me a dirtiest room with torn sheets, garbage all over, this place was unimaginable forget about calling it a hotel, except one day manager who was kind, the staff had no courtesy and the entire property felt like a dumpster, food and plastic wrapper everywhere, dirty linens, stick floors, unclear bathroom and toilet, total mess. check in was awful experience, never coming back

The listing said free breakfast which was granola bars and packets of grits. I stayed three nights. First morning they had no coffee and said they ran out and were waiting for a truck delivery. Meanwhile there is a Walmart across the street that has the cheap folgers they use. The next morning they actually had coffee out. But that lasted only one day as the third morning they had no coffee again, this time it was because the had no filters. They obviously do not care about there customers and providing the service and amenities they advertise. And finally the remote on the tv would not work. Would not recommend this place

The room was not clean. There was trash in the trash bin. The window blind was broken. I had to clean the bathroom mirror to see through it. In the past (and one reason I returned) was the good brewed coffee and granola bar offered each morning. This is no longer available and all that was on offer was very inferior instant coffee and no snacks at all.

Positive, the room was clean. That’s about it. No hair dryers, by the way. Breakfast bar countertops and tables were filthy. And Decaf coffee was instant packets. Some food was “out of stock.” Hallways, elevator, and common areas were almost always covered with red dirt and garbage. Probably says a lot about who stays there but housekeeping obviously can’t keep up. And speaking of housekeeping, we requested a late check out two days in advance. We were told she would tell the manager. Went to go to our meeting the last day and stopped at the desk to verify how late we could check out. We were told we didn’t have late check out and couldn’t have it because the manager never received our request. She wouldn’t budge. Said two other people were on the list and they didn’t have enough housekeeping staff to allow more than that, even though technically we should have been first on the list. One last thing, the elevator often shuddered at the first floor. I happened to notice the inspection certificate on the wall of the elevator - it expired three months prior. Poorly managed, not on top of things. Would avoid this place.
