「We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the overall experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, and everything exceeded our expectations. The only downside was having to pay $60 for parking. Considering the cost of the stay, I feel that parking should either be included or offered at a lower rate. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Despite the parking fee, I still give this hotel 5 stars because it truly was an amazing...

The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」
