「The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The view of the beach was amazing.」

「We had a great time. However I had 2 separate delivery people tell me the Hilton wouldn’t let them bring my food to the room. This was annoying bc my food got stolen out of the lobby on the second time I ordered it. The staff acted like it was my fault.」

「They have a handicapped parking spot that blocks 2 other parking spots and makes it really difficult to pull in and out of the other three spots. And of course a huge SUV was parked in this handicapped spot making it very difficult to get in and out. The room was relatively clean. There were some large stains on the carpet. Everything seemed a little dusty. You can hear all the cars and motorcycles, driving down PCH.So, it makes it a little hard to sleep at night.」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay.
