「Air conditioner not working. Hair dryer not working. Power and light switches grimey. By the time I arrived and discovered these things it was late afternoon and too late to change or complain. This has always been a good value budget motel for years but this is not acceptable. I will just have to wear this one but never again 」

「The room is very comfy and tidy. The environment is quiet. Although some facilities are malfunctioned, staff is very helpful fixing them. A high quality of motor inn with reasonable price.」

「Staff were amazing. John was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Great value for money we stayed in the Family room which was roomy clean with a nice bathroom. Easy access to airport and John let us leave the car at the motel while we travel to Bali, saving expensive airport parking fees. One of his staff even dropped us at the airport. Highly recommend for short stay if flying out of Newcastle Airport. 」

「Wow what a dump of a motel !!where do I start !!!! Firstly owner came to office to greet us on our arrival stunk of bad BO ,,,!
