The self check in and access to rooms was cool and easy, only comment is that it becames a bit clunky and slow to use when going through multiple doors and when your phone is trying to connect to the WiFi. Bad/ but not really bad is the kitchen area can be loud when other people are using it and talking at...

I didn't argue with him about my reservation as I was already starting to feel super uneasy and did not want to be there.."
