"The room was clean but three factors made my evening difficult. The light on the desk was out and the other lights were too far away so I couldn't see to work at the desk. The blanket on the bed was very thin and I froze. Third was the fact that I couldn't find the phone number to the front office to report any of these conditions. I finally took the blanket off the bed and doubled it. That was better. "
