「It was amazing to stay in an old palace. The staff are amazing. Some great restaurants nearby in walking distance. In the center of all tourist attractions. 」

「Hotel is in need of updating. Staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The food court and super market across the street made everyday needs easy to access. Walking distance to historic downtown and various restaurants. Would definitely stay again and would hope upgrades are forthcoming. 」

The room was a good size, comfortable, and very clean, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always ready with tips or a smile. 「Central location which served as great base to explore city. Great facilities on offer with varied breakfast and very helpful staff throughout hotel. We had a few issues with maintenance during our stay but these were resolved in a very timely manner. A little upgrading possibly required as some furnishings a little tired however this did not detract from our stay and we’d definitely recommend. 」
