「No housekeeping after request was made, trying to ask me extra fees, no telephone in the room , super slow WiFi even pay extra fees」

「So close to the station and the meal deal for dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely to have aircon after some hot nights In London with no aircon. Got the best nights sleep with the cool and the quiet. Would highly recommend. Just questioned the hairdryer in my room, not sure if a wiring issue but it stopped and started. Meant to tell reception on checkout but forgot, sorry!」
