great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.

This is an excellent aparthotel situated in a prime location, close to everything interesting. The staff is helpful and attentive. Our room was well-appointed, tidy, and in good condition. The major downside is the soundproofing; the noise is literally unbearable 24/7.

The location is fantastic but the rooms could certainly use some TLC. I cleaned the bathroom myself upon arrival.. however, we could walk to many wonderful shops and restaurants, and the area was perfect for our first trip to CDMX. This little subburd of Mexico is wonderful. Lots of dining and shopping options. We spent lots of time at the Mall of Las Lomas and the movie theater. Very close to Chapultepec area and within 45 minutes of the airport with light to normal traffic.
