great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.

Clean, gorgeous views, safe, great location. I missed on description that there is not daily housekeeping. My fault but a surprise. The room is really loud at night, bring earplugs for the honking and alarms.

This little subburd of Mexico is wonderful. Lots of dining and shopping options. We spent lots of time at the Mall of Las Lomas and the movie theater. Very close to Chapultepec area and within 45 minutes of the airport with light to normal traffic.
The area needs more hotels with quality and excellent services
