"Room was clean but no well designed. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good.lot of choice.Balcony was convenient for smokers. Only thing I didn’t like was the charges for water bottles.They charged 52000/- v dongs for a3555 ml of water bottle when you can buy 500 ml water bottle from outside for 5000 dongs. Mark up was ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind double or triple."

"From beginning to end, could not fault this stay. The staff are all so welcoming and warm, they can not do enough for you! The room was perfectly appointed, so clean, comfortable and spacious. And the on site restaurant for breakfast and room service was top tier. The pool and gym if you’re into it, we’re both clean and great to use. Would stay here every single time."

"Fantastic , beautiful uber luxurious resort hotel in a private stretch of coast encompassing two other hotels located on the golden sands north of LangCo . We stayed for 6 nights at the end of a tour of Vietnam and it was pretty near perfect . While isolated from the hustle and bustle of central Vietnam for us it was a great place to relax and unwind. Our beach front jacuzzi pool villa was absolutely wonderful with lots of Banyan Tree class and style . We ate at all the restaurants but liked Azura for lunch and Saffron for dinner especially . The spa service was sublime. For Europeans the value given where you are staying is terrific and while very expensive for the region was well under half the price of a top beach resort in Europe this summer . We would love to come back . Two small observations , the service was generally delightful but at times was a little too intrusive and bordered on suffocating . In their effort to please they need to rein it in just a little bit . Also while the beach is pristine at the hotel, walk 300 m and there were a few too many plastic bottles washed up . It is such a special place please keep it immaculate. Thank you Banyan Tree and to Jennie our host for a superb end to our holiday . Good bye and thank you Vietnam !"

"The hotel has a very traditional charm while still providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bed sheets were excellent. However, the pillows were much too large for our liking, so it might be worth considering replacing them with some smaller options. The bathroom was also spacious. The only issue we experienced was with the shower faucet. When turned on at full pressure, the water flow would gradually decrease after about a minute, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was above satisfactory. The quality of the food was very good, but I wish there had been more variety, especially for children. There were no pancakes, and I was surprised that a 4-star hotel did not have a coffee machine available for guests. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. One suggestion I would strongly recommend is improving communication with guests who use sign language. During check-in, the male hotel clerk continued speaking to me, expecting me to understand him, even after I tried to explain that I am deaf. Using a translation app such as Google Translate would make communication much easier and create a more inclusive experience for guests with hearing impairments. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a strong traditional character. Despite a few minor issues, my family and I had a pleasant stay and would happily return. Thank you!"
